	8 History of Monmouthshire, Vol. 5 Sir Joseph Bradney's great History was left incomplete at his death in 1933.  Madeleine Gray has completed the work by compiling vol. 5 from Bradney's notes in the National Library. The volume deals with all 17 parishes in the Hundred of Newport.
